Abstract

The study focuses on analyzing the common foreign policy of the European Union, and the impact of the variation in the Union’s foreign policy on the issues of the Arab region, as it is an international actor towards the Arab region, as part of its Middle Eastern strategy, based on the economic influence that it tries to exercise in making balanced decisions, which Between achieving its strategic interests in a vital region that has an impact on the international business system, and working to maintain balanced relations with the world’s first power, the United States of America, to find out the fact that the policy of the European Union countries towards the Arab region varied between the years 1993-2004.
