Tourism and heritage sciences require advanced applications and technologies to conserve heritage sites, as they will help in sustaining these sites for future generations. Modern technology offers unique solutions that enhance the conservation, accessibility and enjoyment of our cultural heritage. Artificial intelligence technologies are important tools aimed at conserving cultural heritage sites if used optimally. Many cultural heritage sites suffer from weak preservation and protection methods, and difficulty in using modern technologies to assist in this, which leads to a slowdown in the revitalization of cultural and heritage tourism. The importance of the research comes from the fact that it sheds light on modern technologies that help preserve heritage, and given the use of artificial intelligence in many fields, so developed countries are moving to benefit from artificial intelligence applications and employ them in the field of conserving cultural heritage. The research aims to clarify the importance and role of artificial intelligence in the field of cultural heritage preservation, through the use of technological means provided by artificial intelligence in the field of cultural, heritage and digital tourism. The research relied on the descriptive methodology in an analytical approach to reach the desired results of the research. The results of the research indicated the necessity of using artificial intelligence techniques to conserve cultural heritage sites, and the possibility of employing these techniques to stimulate cultural, heritage and virtual tourism. The results also concluded that the use of artificial

intelligence in this field opens a new gateway to the horizons of investing in advanced technology and benefiting from it. Including implementing strategies and methods for conserving cultural and natural heritage in accordance with the best standards of efficiency, which reflects positively on the protection of cultural heritage on the one hand and achieving the development of cultural, heritage, digital and virtual tourism on the other hand. The research recommended the need to apply artificial intelligence methods in management plans at cultural heritage sites and sustainable development projects.
