Abstract

The study aimed to determine the extent to which administrative reform contributes to reducing workplace bullying in its various dimensions (open shouting, verbal abuse, continuous criticism, belittlement) in the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in rural Damascus. The researcher relied on a descriptive analytical method in preparing this study, as it deals with a phenomenon existing in reality, describing it accurately. A questionnaire was

used as a data collection tool, and a comprehensive census approach was followed, where the questionnaire was distributed to all employees in the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in rural Damascus, totaling 60. The SPSSv25 program was used to analyze the questionnaire responses, with 52 completed questionnaires out of the total 60 distributed to the study population and sample. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the high level of administrative reform according to the opinions of employees in the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in rural Damascus, and the contribution of administrative reform to reducing workplace bullying in the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in rural Damascus.
