Construction of Rigid Matrices in Projective Space by using Elimination theory

Abstract

The rigidity of a matrix  for target rank  is the minimum number of entries of  that must be changed to ensure that the rank of the altered matrix is at most .

In this paper, we discuss generalization of structure a set of specific  rigidity matrices and some ideas that have been studied around in the Affine case.
