Direct Detection and Dark Matter Elastic Scattering in six Higgs-Doublet Model

Abstract

We show the feasibility of dark matter direct detection in the 6HDM (six Higgs-Doublet Model) via the dark matter elastic scattering off nucleons, then we study the dark matter elastic scattering within the same model in order to compute its mean free path, and show that the model needs to be supplemented by other mechanisms to solve the galaxy formation problem
