Aims and Scope
Damascus University Journal for the basic sciences is scientific, refereed, periodical and specialized magazine issued online by Damascus University in the Syrian Arab Republic . The journal publishes articles in both languages Arabic and English .The Journal of Basic Sciences obtained the international number ISSN: 1726-5487, ISSN:2789-6366(online).

The journal is an open access journal that publishes original research articles, and all articles published on its website are available to all without any additional fees to readers. A specialized periodical peer-reviewed open-access scientific journal, concerned with studies on the field of science and its applications and includes innovative research in mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, geology, plant biology, animal biology, ecology, and related applied sciences. Presented by professors and specialized researchers from Damascus University Faculties and other public and private universities. Also by researchers from Arab and friendly countries universities and research centers. The journal welcome research for master's and doctoral theses, scientific reports, scientific interventions in scientific research published in one of the journal's issues, some scientific reviews and articles, scientific news, and suggestions related to the development of Research and its infrastructure
