The research aims to highlight the general nature of the view of usul scholars and jurists on the interpretation of texts, by clarifying the theoretical foundations that control this view, and extracting general formulas that define the opinion of usul scholars and jurists. The research also aims to enlighten the legal specialist of the importance of the science of usul for him by explaining the depth usulis thought in extracting rulings and interpreting texts.
The more significant results of this research are: the difference nature of the studied texts between both usul scholars and jurists. However, despite the difference in the nature of the texts studied between the usul scholars and legal trends, they have a common fortune in a number of major issues, and despite the fact that the two trends are involved in a set of major issues. However, the usul scholars are unique in interpreting texts from the jurists in the superior logical ability to generate rules and draw boundaries and the multiplying linguistic and legal controls that control all steps of deduction and protect it from any slippage or deviation.
