Abstract

The principle is that humanitarian aid is based on the principle of humanity, neutrality impartiality, and independence, and on the other hand, the countries that receive this aid must hurry it without restriction or tape, because it is the aid of people and not countries. Politics and consolidation in the internal affairs of countries to publicize the card of sovereignty in front of this aid and made the issue of its destruction linked to the condition of its acceptance. Is the national sovereignty of the countries receiving this aid really respected? This is what makes humanitarian aid as a humanitarian act a game subject to political calculations and consensus interests, which could explain the continuation of many humanitarian crises around the world.
