Civil liability of banks for breach of refunding of bank deposits

Exceptional circumstances in Syria have produced decisions for banks, and how it deals with its customers restrict liquidity and trading, these decisions were controversial also raised several problems at the legal level, and legal application, mainly: Extent of banks' liability for their breaches of contractual obligations and professional error by putting a ceiling to remove of depositors, and referral of deposits in foreign currency. Which raised the question of the role of the judiciary at this stage in the light of banks' compliance with general rules for civil liability.
