The approach of Mujir al-Dīn al-ʻUlaymī's (d. 928 AH/1521AD) in recording the biography of the Prophet through his book " Al Taarikh Al Mutabar fi Anba'a Man Ghabar"

Abstract

This research deals with the features of the biography of the historian Mujir al-Din 'Abd al-Rahman bin Muhammad al-' Ulaymi (d. 928 AH/1521AD), and his approach to recording the narratives of the Prophet's biography in his book "Al Taarikh Al Mutabar fi Anba'a Man Ghabar", whose events are ranked on topics and years, as the translation of the historian Mujir al-Din al- 'Ulaymi was taken from his birth to his death, from some of his compositions due to the scarcity of the sources that translated him, and then to show the importance of the book and its scientific content, and to reveal the resources that the author relied on in recording the narratives of the Prophet's biography, and graduating them from their syllabus, and comparing them with what was stated in the original sources, and then deducing the approach that the author followed in blogging, and his way of dealing with the texts of the Prophet's biography, and criticizing him with providing evidence and proofs that support the findings of the researcher, and concluding this research with the results of this study.
